An unusual arts and crafts event is planned for the Hudson Valley region in late August.

Woodlander Gatherings have been happening around the country for the last five years. They are opportunities for artists, craftspeople, gardeners, eco-spiritualists and others who have an interest in earth-based activities to get together, share information and discuss issues of economic, political and spiritual nature.

The Ninth Woodlanders Gathering is now scheduled in Warwick, NY for August 26-27-28 and the luscious campgrounds of the Warwick Center. Warwick artist/author Daniel Mack is programming the event and artist Janet Howard-Fatta is producing the event.

There are over thirty workshops and events planned during the three days and is it a rich opportunity for career development and networking for area artists and craftspeople.
